ObjectOutputStream writeShort(int) in Java

writeShort(int): This method is available in the java.io.ObjectOutputStream class of Java.

Syntax:

void java.io.ObjectOutputStream.writeShort(int val) throws IOException

This method takes one argument. This method writes a 16-bit short.

Parameters: One parameter is required for this method.

val: the short value to be written.

Throws:

IOException - if I/O errors occur while writing to the underlying stream
