ObjectInputStream skipBytes(int) in Java

skipBytes(int): This method is available in the java.io.ObjectInputStream class of Java.

Syntax:

int java.io.ObjectInputStream.skipBytes(int len) throws IOException

This method takes one argument. This method skips bytes.

Parameters: One parameter is required for this method.

len: the number of bytes to be skipped.

Returns: the actual number of bytes skipped.

Throws:

IOException - If an I/O error has occurred.
