HttpURLConnection getResponseMessage() in Java

getResponseMessage(): This method is available in the java.net.HttpURLConnection class of Java.

Syntax:

String java.net.HttpURLConnection.getResponseMessage() throws IOException

This method gets the HTTP response message, if any, returned along with the response code from a server.

Returns null if none could be discerned from the responses(the result was not valid HTTP).

Parameters: NA

Returns: the HTTP response message, or null.

Throws:

1. IOException - if an error occurred connecting to the server.
